the Ridge: week 16

This week the roofers started installation of the metal roofing.

The mechanical installers started with the heating system. The electric forced air system will be combined with an HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilator) and an air to air heat pump.

This guy is assembling air ducting. You can’t hear it but he’s making a racket!


Plumbing is being installed


The bath tub platform.


Kip Drobish from Oso Reneweable Energy came and installed the insfrastructure for a solar hot water panel, to be installed on the empty wall space on south side of the garage.


Angled soffits are framed.
