Wooden skyscrapers in BC

Vancouver architect Michael Green proposes to build skyscrapers with engineered wood for the structure, floors and walls.

Engineered wood enables the use of low grade wood species like 2nd growth forests and beetle killed pine. No need to cut down old growth trees!

Makes a lot of sense here in British Columbia!
