the Ridge: footing forms

It took about a week of blasting – there was quite an outcropping of rock – and excavating; but finally Chris Temple and his crew started to build the footing forms. All footings have to be set on solid rock, which means all footing forms need to be scribed.

Forms being scribed to the rock.

This pile of rocks is being saved for landscaping – retaining walls and such.
